Негативный отзыв о компании

Осторожно! Мошeнники: "Мебельное движение" (он же "Круглый шкаф", "Кухни Варвари")

Я, Валерия Сафронова, хочу предупредить всех об этой компании. В конце прошлого года заказала у них кухню и столкнулась с откровенным обманом:

Сроки - обещали за 2 месяца, делали 6. Постоянные отговорки: "задержки на производстве", "проблемы с доставкой", а потом просто перестали отвечать.

Общение - менеджер Елена К. и директор Глушкова Е.В. после подписания договора игнорировали звонки, сбрасывали или не брали трубку неделями.

Деньги - взяли 70% предоплаты, потом начали выдумывать дополнительные платежи ("ошибка в замерах", "не учли фурнитуру"). Когда отказалась платить - заморозили заказ.

Качество - кухню привезли с трещинами, сколами, дешёвой фурнитурой (ящики заедают, ручки болтаются). Сборка - сплошные щели и перекосы.

Гарантия - после монтажа директор отказалась принимать претензии, сославшись на "неправильную эксплуатацию".

Схема работы этих мошенников:

- Заманивают клиентов
- Берут большую предоплату
- Срывают сроки
- Поставляют брак
- Игнорируют претензии

Офис уже дважды меняли в этом году - видимо, это их обычная практика. Все положительные отзывы - заказные!

Что делать?

- Писать жалобы в Роспотребнадзор и Прокуратуру
- Оставлять правдивые отзывы на  флампе  и Яндекс.Справочнике
- Подавать в суд за возврат денег
